options — undo, add a note. Press and hold a name (or a blank spot) to
edit it — hand-typed edits show in red.
Changes sync live to everyone. Staff names and coordination notes only —
no patient information.

Setup needed: the Firebase config hasn't been filled in yet. Open index.html, paste your
project's config into the marked block near the bottom, and redeploy. See SETUP.md for the 10-minute walkthrough.
Names are now editable — tap any name on the board to type it in. If the
automatic schedule import didn't run, paste the day's schedule below as a backup: open the
schedule PDF, select all, copy, and paste. Names fill in for every room found; rooms not in
the paste are left alone. Everyone sees updates instantly.
Names in red were typed in by hand rather than imported from the
